This can be done simply by requesting a quote via our website (the option: "request a no-obligation quote"). Use this option to send the links of the desired items including quantity, size, model, and color.

Business Purchases & Procurement Services

We also offer businesses the opportunity to send us their purchase list so we can make the purchases abroad.

Businesses don't have to worry about the logistical part. Just like with private customers, businesses can use the option: "request a no-obligation quote" to send us their purchase list if they have all the information including the websites. We also have the option to search for the best prices and opportunities for our clients based on the purchase list.

Freight Forwarding

One of the main services we provide is freight forwarding.

We have our own freight forwarding company in the USA called EG IMPORTS CENTER NV. If you have your own credit card or make your own purchases abroad, but do not yet have a delivery address or freight forwarder, we can accommodate you. We provide you with the necessary information for delivery to our address abroad and take care of further handling to Suriname. We provide this service for both air and sea freight cargo.

Customs Clearance Services & Customs Brokerage

We offer clearance services for our clients, particularly businesses or resellers who wish to outsource this service.

EG IMPORTS CENTER NV has its own in-house customs brokerage team for import and export shipments. Our team of highly specialized staff prepares and handles documentation and customs brokerage services.

Procedure:

• Expected shipment to Suriname of goods or items to be cleared
• Submitting the necessary documents to determine the clearance costs
• Calculation of the clearance fee that EG IMPORTS CENTER NV will charge
• Upon agreement of the costs and rates, EG IMPORTS CENTER NV takes care of further processing

Air Freight

EG IMPORTS CENTER NV is registered with and utilizes all air carriers operating out of Suriname to move cargo to destinations worldwide. We have extensive experience working with oil, gas, and energy companies in Suriname, particularly in handling urgent shipments. We also offer full export packaging services.

Personal Mailbox Service (US/EU)

With our private mailbox service in the US and EU, you can have your online purchases delivered locally and then forwarded to Suriname.

Project Cargo

Project cargo can be defined as enormous, heavy, high-value cargo which is most often critical to the oil and gas sector. EG IMPORTS CENTER NV develops fully integrated logistics plans for each project cargo shipment, covering every aspect of routing, modes of transportation, and port-to-port cargo handling. With over 13 years of experience, we have worked on construction projects, oil and gas, and drilling energy sectors.

EG IMPORTS CENTER NV offers 'All Risk' Marine Insurance for both air and ocean freight shipments. This insurance protects shippers against physical loss or damage to cargo from external causes, subject to policy terms and conditions.

Our Air & Ocean export teams are fully qualified in IATA & IMDG Dangerous Goods handling.
